A SMART goal I tried to work towards this year was to have 1 article published each month. However, over time I realised this failed the attainable test as I had other priorities which took precedent over this. So, a more attainable goal would be to have 4 articles published by the end of the year.

INITIAL GOAL: Generate ebook sales leads.
SPECIFIC: Generate leads for ebook from subscribers to blog.
MEASURABLE: Grow subscribers from blog post by 100%.
ATTAINABLE: There are no subscribers yet, I think you can attain 85 per week.
RELEVANT: You should grow 85 subscribers per week because study shows blog subscribers have a high customer conversion rate compared to ads.
TIME-BOUND: Grow subscriber list from 0 to 1000 in 3 months.

The term SMART goal means for me a good content producer or content creator. I am trying to make more and more efforts in increasing my effeciency. I also use to write something on some articles after researching on them and then also try to make it more and more valuable and understandable to even a layman

My long term goal is to increase subscribers to my channel, from 100 to 1000 in coming 6 months. For that I will work on increasing stickiness, understand what kind of a content my subscribers would like to watch more often. According to the information gather, I will post my content once in a week.
I currently work with software developers in the fintech company where I work. My goal is to produce 20 content pieces, videos and articles before the end of the year. So far, we have created about 6 pieces and I’m sure we can hit the target.
