Well I am an email marketer, I help businesses grow and one of my experience with segmentation iis segmenting my customers list so that we can know the engaging customers and those that aren’t engaging.
She was running on plan, and we wanted to make sure we know those that are potential customers and long term customers. See had quite a number of list but our campaigns arent converting and we also have those that havent even engaged for months by checking out analytics.
So we had to segment lust and also clean list to have few and also to know what we are going to do next to have more leads.
