I think that it depends on the particular application. Here at thalox, you need a good understanding of data in order to be able to interpret the results and make the right deductions for marketing or sales. I keep hearing why our system doesn’t take one field or another into account - simply because it’s not filled in. When creating texts, you need good basic content in order to write meaningful answers. To cut a long story short, I would first familiarize myself with the basics of AI in order to be able to use it sensibly.
