How can I grant my VA secure access?

Hi @TShepherd1,
It’s not recommended to share your login credentials with another person. Instead, it’s best practice to simply create a user account for your VA and set the needed permissions for them. This comes at no additional cost.
Not only do you have more control over what exactly they’re doing, you’ll also be able to see who exactly edited records and made changes (which otherwise would all be in your name).
