Hi everyone!

My absolute favorite automation tool right now is n8n. It has been a game-changer for organizing my tech stack and avoiding the “Frankensystem” trap of disconnected software. By pairing it with Airtable as my relational database, I can build highly customized, logic-based workflows that seamlessly bridge internal data and customer-facing experiences.

Here are two specific ways these tools have been incredibly helpful for me:

  • Customer-Facing Loyalty & Routing: I built an automated quiz flow for a client using Tally forms. When submitted, n8n catches the webhook, automatically routes generated PDFs to Google Drive, and uses conditional logic to categorize the user. If it’s a new client, they are registered in the database; if they were referred, the system automatically tags the referrer as an “ambassador,” triggering a workflow that unlocks specific rewards and discounts.

  • Automated Lead Scoring (Internal Process): As documented in my YouTube portfolio, I use n8n to pull data from the Google Places API and Google PageSpeed Insights. The workflow evaluates local businesses based on their tech stack and website performance. It automatically scores and segments them into “urgent outreach” (for businesses with poor or missing websites that need immediate help) and standard nurture segments.

Moving forward, my next big step is fully integrating HubSpot CRM into this architecture to centralize all these touchpoints. I am also eager to explore the specific AI tools mentioned in this lesson to ensure my automated copy maintains a human, empathetic tone and is delivered at the optimal time.

As an employee of an organization which requires writing data, perform administrative work and monitoring emails most of the time the AI tools that I have used is Grammarly and ChatGPT to enhance accuracy and provide great quality in my writing.

I use ChatGPT because it helps me brainstorm ideas, write content, and improve productivity. For automation instead I like Make because it allows me to connect different apps and automate repetitive marketing tasks without coding.
