what information is shared to other hubspot user?

Wich information is shared to other hubspot user, not my co-workers but anyone that use hubspot.

Exampel. if i try to add a contact, the company information is addes by default from e-mail adress. Sometimes the phonenumber is not the correct for that company.

I guess that another user of hubspot created this company with that nr?

So if i make a company with my collected number, will this show to other outside my own company within hubspot?

And if i create a contact, will this get shared to other users?

A bit worrid about saftey.

Hey @tiasskog,

So to view information in HubSpot, everyone has to be logged in for that visibility. For the users themselves, you can actually limit what they view to only what is assigned to them. The same for yourself:

Adding to the reply by @Bryantworks, what you’re experience is HubSpot Insights populating company records. You can learn more about this mechanism (and how to disable it) here: Get started with data enrichment

When HubSpot Insights are enabled, data entered into some company fields (e.g. City, Website URL, Twitter handle) may be used to improve the HubSpot Insights database.
