It’s interesting because in my line of work, we use a consumer funnel to communicate to clients how their consumers behave, which creates stackable revenue opportunities. I never thought of looking at my clients themselves as being a part of a funnel as well, and enjoy the flywheel perspective even more. Much like how understanding the consumer’s at each stage of their journey, the flywheel will help me to understand clients themselves on a more granular level. This allows me to analayze and provide in more ways, isolating and understanding opportunities to optimize and perform better for the businesses I provide for.
Currently learning how to build our drug & alcohol treattment facility and there are very few team members. We offer incentives for our clients as in gift cards and monthly essentials to pick up. So essentially as of now aside from myself our clients are truly our only funnels. We need to work on that!

My current marketing client has a couple of different funnels in the flywheel. There would be the overall funnel of awareness, consideration, to conversion, though I also see a couple of mini funnels that need to be worked on: loyal customer funnel and re-engagement of prospects funnel. This aligns with the email process I’m setting up for the client.
