What does Hubspot Sales use with their Data Collection

Hi.

The Hubspot Sales Chrome Extention web site indicates that HubSpot Sales collects and uses the following:

Personal Communications such as emails, text and chats.

User Activity: netowork monitoring, clicks, mouse position, scroll, or keystroke logging.

Is there a way to opt-out?

Hi @NSolari,

As far as I know there isn’t any way to opt-out. If you want to use the extension and its features, HubSpot seems to need this information to administer all the features and functionalities.

The only way to opt-out would be to not use the extension – and instead the BCC email address.
