I think that the only aspect we could automate would be the process of booking a consultation.
As many people have mentioned, the one-on-one conversation is the best to interact with our audience, our application’s users specifically. Although we receive a lot of emails from our users every day, many of them mention similar things that can be responded to quickly by an email template. For example, many users want to use all of the content inside the app for free.
A conversational chatbot might help in categorizing the feedback or customer’s request, so we can reduce the manual support emails, as well as be able to support more users in a shorter time.

Understanding what is involved in the service, as well as price point, is essential in our conversations.
do not have a business yet, for theoretical purposes at the moment
Good morning,
I work for a foundation repair company in MS. I have recently been promoted to Head of Business Development. Although I have a degree in Business Marketing and Management - I have barely used it since College.
Where I am now, I have been sticking to the way things were before I came on board. Leads call in, we collect information, tell them what to expect once an appointment has been scheduled. The day prior to the appointment we send an email reminder (or we call if they do not have email.) The day of the appointment our foundation specialist shows up, takes elevations of the property, and discusses with the client his findings as well as his recommendations in his professional opinion. Could he tell them always that they need work and make a sell? He is definitely a good enough salesman! However, instead, we run our business off of honesty. He lets them know when it’s not quite time, or when there are more affordable methods to help them reach their goals. Our clients appreciate that so much. They almost always call back into the office to tell us how much they appreciated him for his honesty and how that would make them choose our company over any others in the area in the future.
working for a general contractor our potential customers want to be educated on home renovation in general rather than hear specifics of our boston projects
Product quality, pricing and delivery timelines
One to one conversations are those that works the most up to now
one to one’
I tend to reach my audience through polls, question boxes, or direct messages on Instagram. This is helpful since I am able to connect with my audience directly and hear what they have to say.
We mostly have conversations over instagram and it is around the images that users send to us about our game and I don’t khow how much of it can be automated but I’ll take a closer look for sure.
Online conversations are often starting in an automated way, focusing on a specific audience and persona. Through the sequences one will see some individual reactions, which propt us to halt the sequence and nurture the conversation 1on1 with different outcome according to the journey of the individual at that time
discussions are usually about cyber security
no trends yet - just geting started
Well, I will take it from a student standpoint. Enrolling in this apprenticeship there is a whole market of people willing and we should capitalize on that.
monthly game conversations
Conversations tend to be, how can this help my business? How long will it take? And how much will it cost! There is definitely a way to automate this.
We don’t see any trends
1-to-1 messaging is one of the best trends I’ve found for conversational marketing.
