Do you guys have any suggestions for how to access a CMS or project management software?

the CMS “software” is called Content Hub.
If you get a free Hub, you’ll be able to create websites, landing pages and 1 blog
With a Starter Suite plan, you can do the same but you won’t have the “build with HubSpot” badge on your pages.
If you have a new (created after September 2025) Marketing Pro account, you need the Content Hub Starter/Pro/Ent Hub “addon”.
For Project management software - HubSpot got tasks. It’s ok for easy project management, but if you want a more detailed project management, you might want to check out 3rd Party tools like Asana, monday.com, Clickup…

To complement that: you can use the Projects object to run your projects inside HubSpot.
If you have Marketing Hub Professional or Enterprise, you can use Marketing Studio to do that.
You can build landing pages, ads, emails, and more — and assign tasks to your team, all in the same place.
