Hello,
In a workflow where the user fills out a form and I send them a welcome email, we insert a delay and then I want to target those contacts who have not made a purchase in the last x days (delay time) and have received the first email.

How should I configure the branching? Is the date of the last order greater than x days ago and has the first email been sent?

Hi @evs949,

I would use workflow goals for this: [Use goals in contact-based workflows](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/workflows/use-goals-in-contact-based-workflows)

In the workflow goals, specify that there is an associated deal that is closed won with close date less than X days ago. You can access deal fields by adding a filter, then changing the “Filtering on” dropdown to deals.

The same could of course be done after a delay in a branch.

Best regards!
