Hey @Poe11, welcome to HubSpot! You’re asking exactly the right question, so you’re off to a good start.

Here’s the short version:

  1. Start by learning the HubSpot CRM fundamentals and get comfortable with how contacts, companies, and deals are connected.
  2. Next, complete the HubSpot Academy certifications for Email Marketing and Marketing Software, then build a few practice workflows in a free account.
  3. When you’re ready for more, come back to the Community with specific questions or share what you’re building, people here are always happy to help.

Don’t try to learn every HubSpot tool at once, get the CRM fundamentals right first, and everything else becomes much easier. You’ve got this. Shout if you get stuck.
