Hello from Dubai, I am Waqar, founder of Itihad Community Management, a property/condo management firm. Eventhough (sadly) hubspot does cater to real estate, it is still an amazing suite of tools, which I am exploring and figuring work arounds, going smooth so far. Would love to connect to other people from real estate, particularly the management side to learn how they work around (without custom objects).
P.S I know enterprise gives custom objects but its way out of the budget.

Thanks Tiphaine, looked at the threads, they are all selling/marketing real estate and have been advised to use custom objects.
At the moment I am
- listing Units (Apartments, Offices or retail spaces) as companies, and then
- recording ownership, tenancy, size, usage (residential, commercial etc) as static Object Properties.
- Creating contacts for landlords associating them with company.
- creating a child company for tenant and associating tenant’s contact with the child company.

PLEASE looking for help. I cannot get any phone support and I have lost access to the email associated with my Hubspot account. I put in years of data and accounts into it and I no longer have access. I stopped using it when I left an organization and I have so many connections, emails and contact info in there and everytime I try to loggon it says my account hasn’t been logged in in a while so I need to reset my password. When I go to reset it it goes to an email that is no longer valid. I HAVE NO WAY TO LOGGIN. Please looking for some assistance. I just have no way of recovering it, it’s my account, my old email. I know the password and email but it still won’t let me in.
