How can you view week on week changes to all your pipeline deals in a dashboard view? In my dashboards, I have set up ‘last week vs current week’ reports, where I wanted to include pipeline stage changes.
However, they are associated to either create date or closed date, when in fact I want them to reflect ‘entered date’. Currently, I only see the option to select entered date by individual deal stages - is there no way of viewing an accumulation of all deals in all deal stages? I.e. I had 1 deal in proposal, and 2 in verbal last week, and this week I converted the proposal deal to verbal, therefore I should see 0 deals in proposal and 3 deals in verbal.

This sounds like a current snapshot of how many deals are in a pipeline stage. You could get this in the report library: Menu > Reports > Reports > Report library > search for “Deal totals by stage”, for example.
For more editing options in reports, a Professional subscription is needed: Custom reports
Very generally, comparing the now and the past is not easily possible in the default or custom reports reports. A Deal change history and Historical snapshots are only available in the Sales analytics, also requiring a Professional subscription.
