Is there a report available of the breakdown of our website traffic broken down by browser version? I know the device type is desktop, but can a report show what browser is being used?

Generally speaking, in terms of traffic analytics, we can see the traffic breakdown per browser following these instructions.
In terms of individual contact records that exist in your portal, I am afraid we wouldn’t have a contact property that registers the type of browser they use.
For new feature suggestions, please consider posting on our Ideas Forum. If you find a similar idea, give it an upvote and share your unique use case in the comments.

@LNitti as @DianaGomez shared, it is possible to breakdown your web analytics by browser; however, this requires a Pro or Enterprise subscription for Marketing or Content Hub (or a legacy subscription).
If you have Pro/Enterprise and are having trouble finding the browser report, you’re not alone! I’ve been using HubSpot since 2016 and with the new navigation, I couldn’t access the report following the steps in the documentation or by any logical path so I ended up using global search:
When you click Traffic Analytics, you’ll see a tab at the top that says Browsers:
Once you have the report the way you like it, you can save it to be added to a dashboard:
