It looks like this feature is removed due to privacy concerns.

For the time being you can still see this information in Google Analytics under Technology > Network. It’s a signifcantly more manual process, but there are filters that can be put in place to remove ISPs and bots. I wouldn’t be surprised if this goes away at some point as well however.
While I am disappointed to hear this, thank you for pointing it out and bringing it to my (and other’s) attention.
