# Website is not publishing correctly

Hello I am havin an issue when publishing the website. It does publish like the preview. Please Help

Thank you for reaching out!

Would you mind trying to clear your cache following [those steps](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/cos-general/how-to-clear-your-browser-cache), as well as trying with another browser and with an incognito window?

If this is still happening, I would recommend connecting with [HubSpot Technical Support](http://help.hubspot.com/), as Support is included in your subscription and they will be able to provide real-time assistance for this matter, where you are able to share screenshots and further information about this.

Hi Duckrate,

As [@TitiCuisset](https://community.hubspot.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/89150) suggested clear your cache. You may also want to review the editor and how the image settings are configured. it seems to be compressing the image, which could be due to any of the following:

- The row has been set to display more that one image at a time
- The image has been set to contain
- The row has been set to a slim view instead of full screen or the standard view
