# Webhooks API does not have proper permissions

Hello, I’m trying to create and read webhook subscriptions for a given app\_id via API endpoints.

According to the docs I have done everything but the response from HubSpot is

`This oauth-token (token here) does not have proper permissions! (requires all of [developers-access])`

I double read the docs and it doesn’t ask for a specific scope to use with webhooks API.

It seems that you are making that requests from a wrong account. Please once refer to this thread as it signifies the same issue as of yours.
