I am working on worklflow that has a webhook action. The action is sending a Deal as a payload in the POST. The request body is set to include all deal properties. Starting today when I test the action, the payload is empty. Last week this worked. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I am kind of stumped. ---

Hey, @MHenderson42 👋 Thanks for your question. It’s challenging to troubleshoot with you in this case because of a lack of visibility into your custom code action. It’s not your fault, and neither the moderators nor our community members can view your portal to “see” what the issue might be. I have a few questions that may provide us more information: - do you get the same result if you use a different test deal with the same properties populated? - verified that the properties haven’t been modified or removed? - double-checked to make sure that your workflow conditions and triggers have not been altered or modified Additionally: - can you share the HTTP response status code you are receiving? - can you share any error messages you find in the workflow execution logs? I noticed the same behavior when testing a deal - no properties are posted to the webhook. Manual testing of a deal in the webhook action posts an empty body. If a deal is reguarly in the workflow, all properties are posted to the webhook. ---

I tested several deals in a sandbox and on two different live instances. In all cases there was no payload sent when testing a deal. As a workaround I built a deal based “test”-workflow with only the webhook action and added the deals manually.
