# Webhook for conversation update

Hello,

we have a chatflow used for live support on our mobile app. Sometimes, after a user initiates a conversation, they do not wait for an answer and we would like to send them a push notification when someone from support team answered their enquery. To do that, we would need a webhook to let our api know a conversation updated.  
Tried with workflows, but the “Last Response Date” property is not doing the re-enrollment, so it can only be used once.  
Tried with the webhooks API but that is only working for a ubspot connected app.  
Any idea on how to accomplish?
