I have tested the Web Page Survey Tool in various browsers but unfortunately it does not always work and I do not understand why. When the popup with the survey appears on the our website, it may display the following image. Any ideas on what to do to make it always work?
429 is a response for too many server requests. I would submit this as a ticket to hubspot and let them look into it. Unfortunately this is a user-based community and are not able to look into this at the level you will require.
