We Need to see the time from our Datetime Properties in Report Drill-Downs

Wy do the datetime properties in reports only show the date, not the time.

This defeats the purpose of adding a datetime property to a report.

the full Datetime is fine, right now We can just see the date 12/23/2024

We need to see:

12/23/2024 5:00PM
