Way to tag individual social posts to a Hubspot campaign

Only social posts published using Hubspot can presently be tagged to campaigns.

But, since most people directly publish from their social platforms or use a aggregator like HootSuite/Oktopost, can we add the functionality to access social posts and tag it to the HubSpot campaign?
