I woke up this morning to an e-mail titled “Your inbox is disconnected from HubSpot”.
My HubSpot ID is 4382915.
This was an old HubSpot account that was deactivated (due to inactivity). I’m not sure why I’m getting this. The contents of this e-mail are below.
Your email inbox is disconnected from your HubSpot account. This connection is important because it allows you to send email from HubSpot, automatically track and log emails from your inbox, and access certain tools like Meetings and Sequences.
The most common reason this happens is a password or permissions change. Reconnecting your inbox will only take a moment. Click the button below to reconnect to your HubSpot account.
Why am I getting this e-mail? I did recently disable the HubSpot app access to my Gmail account about 2-3 weeks ago -- but I got this e-mail out of the blue today and it is scaring me because I didn’t change anything. I used that HubSpot account to track e-mails and it scares me that someone might have access to my account. Is this possible? I thought deactivated HubSpot accounts become deleted.

Your email inbox being disconnected would not be associated with anyone accessing your inbox or portal. If your portal is deactivated, then there is no one that can access it or log in. If you did recently disable the Gmail extension, that is likely the culprit here.

I’m not sure what is going on here but I think my account was hacked too. My gmail was disconnected for a couple of days and then when I got things up and running again there was a non-Hubspot form in my account called login form.
I’m pretty sure I didn’t create it, but I made a copy in Hubspot, looked at the fields and then deleted the form and my copy just to be safe. Should I disconnect this from my gmail permanently?
I’m really concerned about the safety of my information at this point.
