→ One thing that helps is not trying to learn everything at once. Start small. Pick one area, practice it, and stay consistent.
And honestly, learning with people makes a huge difference. Discussions, communities, and even small conversations help concepts make more sense than learning alone in silence.
Most people in this field started confused too. It gets clearer step by step.
