After making a phone call I frequently go into the mobile app and log a call with the contact. When I do that I fill in all the details of the call via the built-in iPhone voice recognition.
Since the iOS 13 launch, this has stopped working. What happens now is that I push the iPhone microphone button (next to the space bar) and start talking, and it recognizes three words but then stops the voice transcription and goes back to manual text input mode.
Anyone else experiencing this? I updated when iOS 13.1 came out, and I’m on 13.1.2 now. Voice transcription works in other apps on the phone, so it seems to be an issue with Hubspot itself.
Thank you for reaching out and ensuring this was on our radar!
This is a known issue that the team is aware of and is working on resolving. As soon as I have more information or next steps, I will update this thread.
I just tried it this morning. It is still not working. When dictating it stops after the first few words. I am not having this problem in other apps. I am running IOS 13..2.2 on an iPhone 7.
