Hi, I have edited the views to my needs, clicked on “Apply” and it does not save. Did that for several times and still didn’t save.. any ideas why? Thanks ---

Hi @OToledo, Clicking ‘Apply’ only applies your **filters** , but it’s not saving the **view**. If you want to save the view, you need to click the floppy disk icon in the top right corner: ![karstenkoehler_0-1708870214828.png](https://d2qpr2jzcazej7.cloudfront.net/original/3X/d/2/d2bd881c9b0fbd26e7cabee67214db21f227ffb3.png) If it’s grayed out, you need to duplicate the view first as it’s a system view that cannot be adjusted. Thanks a lot! can I also save the view of a certain person? for example: Can I send my boss a link to a certain view only with the companies I own? thanks! ---

@OToledo if you set the filter to “Company owner is [you]” and save the view, you can share the URL in your address bar of the browser with your boss, yes 🙂 If my answers helped you, please mark both as accepted solutions. Have a great day! ---

thank you, Karsten, Even when I save the company owner as [me] - and send it - he still views “all companies” or “his” companies… one of our users just sent me her list, after saving the company owner as herself, and when I opened the link - I saw her view with my companies. Do you think we are doing something wrong? thank you ofra ---
