Thanks for the feedback on this idea! I wanted to let you all know that we’ve made some progress.
Admins can now modify filters / columns / sorts for views they don’t own (this includes private views) and save the changes to those views on the Index Page. This feature is now live to all!
The other item that was mentioned (managing the sharing as an Admin) is being considered by the team, so I’ll mark this Idea as “In Planning” so as not to lose track. As for the name, we currently show the name of the view owner via the ‘All Views’ page - but please let us know if there are additional View metadata that would be helpful to see on the All Views page.
