Hi there,
when creating a feedback survey in Hubspot you need to enter an email address. However, when I look at the Contact (who submitted the survey), I can only see that they submitted a survey. Not what exactly they filled in on the survey.
Is it possible to view the survey submission on the Contact page of the person?
Thanks!
Hey @Maeglin
Thank you for reaching out
When you click on the little > next to Feedback, that should open more details about the actual feedback - see what I’m talking about below
does that help?
Thank you!
Best

Hi @TitiCuisset , thanks for your reply! The only thing is that I do not have the option ‘Feedback’ in my Contact View (see image).
Can I change this somewhere?
Hi @Maeglin
Thank you for your reply.
That will be in the timeline of the contact record, and not on the right panel. You’ll need to click on “Filter by” at the top of the timeline and check the “Feedback” box. Then it should appear on the timeline!
Hope that helps.
Have a lovely day,
Tiphaine.
HI @TitiCuisset , thanks for the follow-up. Unfortunately there is no ‘>’ shown for the part of the Feedback (see image, only shows for the pageview). If I click on the submitted feedback, it takes me to the Service-part, but I need it to be visible on the Contact View. Any further suggestions?
Thanks!
Hi @Maeglin
Thank you for your reply.
Ok I can confirm that with a NPS survey, if the contact only gives a grade but do not comment anything, this is expected behaviour and will appear like that in the contact timeline. However, you can look at the Last NPS Survey Rating property to know what NPS they gave.
Hope that helps.
Have a lovely day,
Tiphaine.
Thanks TiphaineCuisset! Unfortunately not the solution I was looking for, but thanks for the reply
