Imagine if we could view all SMS activity in one place, outgoing, incoming - opposed to going into a contact and individually checking the activity. Not only would this be a less time consuming way of catching up on inquiries but it would generally be a more efficient way of keeping tabs on potential/existing clients.

Ideally, the goal would be to have a central area which would manage the flow of all incoming, outgoing and failing SMS messages.

Example: Trish B responding to your SMS with ‘STOP’. You would be able to then click on this message and view the trail, to see what was sent to trigger this response.

It would be nice to see it listed under the deal activity tab, it seems common sense to put it under there since most communicate through text, zoom, or teams messages.
