Hi all, So today’s question is our view-only seats assigned to our MD’s are no longer seeing all the same areas as they did before. Has something changed on this from HubSpot, I can’t find an update or news on this. The only change we had applied was the new top level navigation showing Sales in a seperate menu item, could it be this? ---

Hi @DJames79, Navigation changes should not affect this, no. The view-only seat would however remove editing access and access to any paid tools, see here: [Assign and manage seats](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/account-management/manage-seats) > * * * > > **View-Only** **Seat:** allows your user to view your subscription services. Users with a view only-seat cannot make any changes to the account. Yes, the items they used to see are no longer listed in the list of boxes under permissions. @DJames79 could you please provide some examples? What were they able to before / access before which they cannot now? ---

@DJames79 the forms tool and design manager are indeed not included in a view-only seat, as far as I can tell, this is expected behavior. ---

Hmmm, maybe we had a bug before because my MD was able to see all the sections mentioned. No worries if this is normal, just odd that he can’t now see them. Thanks for your help.
