View emails in a campaign by send date

Hi,

I am looking at a campaign we have set up but under performance, the emails are not showing up in order of send rather by send size. Does anyone know if there is a way to change the order the emails are listed to be by send date?

Hi @ABeney1! You’re not able to sort emails by date under the Campaigns Performance tab, but you can view send dates for *Regular Emails Only* in the Campaigns Calendar tab:

The way to change the order of email messages displayed by date sent instead of size of the message varies depending on the email program you are using, but generally, you can follow these steps:

  1. Open your email and go to your Inbox.
  2. Look for the option to sort or order messages in the View or Settings section.
  3. In some email programs, you can select “date sent” as an option to sort the messages. You can also change the direction of the order between ascending and descending.
  4. Once you are done, save the changes you have made.
