We need the same thing. In our case we need to create views/reports with the ability to filter it based on a date range when a particular property was updated … mostly on custom fields. An added plus would be able to also have a column that shows the previous value, but not necessary.
Use case: someone imports a file and our custom member IDs inadvertantly get overwritten (since many members have shared emails) -- we’d want to pull a listing of just the records where the member ID was overwritten to identify which records need to be corrected.
Upvoting this - We really need to be able to filter reports based on historical property changes and WHO of our users changed them. This is vital for some of our teams.

This would be so helpful! I have many properties (mostly custom) that currently have to track externally on a weekly/monthly basis to see change. For example our accounts are set up as companies in hubspot and each have a health status. I want to be able to see month over month the breakdown of the health of all our accounts rather than just seeing the current snaptshot.

Tracking property changes at specific events, especially when contact owner changes, would provide us with valuable insights into our sales funnel and the performance of each owner. It’s an essential feature for generating meaningful reports and optimizing our processes.

Calculating our GDR (gross dollar retention) we need to know a company’s ARR as it was 365 days ago.
I would love to see this! It would help us determine the direction of accounts and the differences over time. It would allow us to project better and be more proactive instead of reactive to changes with time. I still use a google sheet for these type of projects.
We have developed a bunch of health scores in Hubspot using the score property type. It is great to be able to see the health of a customer, but it does not compare to the impact it would have if we could see how the health had developed over time. Unfortunetly this information is available to us in the property history, but for some weird reason Hubspot is not able to vizualize that using a chart? the property history literally has the property value over time, and the date stamp to go along with it… Come an Hubspot, let us create properties with historical property values and how they change over time. It would be a game changer for companies that actually use some of you more advanced features.
This would be a very helpful feature. We email monthly transactional data and currently storing each month’s value in a separate custom property. I would love to use the same property each month and easily be able to report on prior months at an aggregate level.
