I work for a staffing company and we use the Hubspot forms to have applicants submit their resumes. Our Recruiters do not all have logins to Hubspot and we don’t want them all to have access. We simply would like a way that when we receive an email notification that a form is filled out that we are able to view the attachment without having to login. Right now, we have delegated this tasks to one person on our team and it is very time consuming and if he is out of office, we miss those resumes for the day. Is there a way we could click the attachment and it automatically downloads without logging in?
