# View and filter records

Is there any way to create and edit custom views (like this gif) using API?

Hey, @ACarGa To clarify, are you asking if you can create a custom filtered or saved view, _to be used_ **in-app** , via an API endpoint? If so, that is not possible.

You can create lists via the API and view them in-app. Or you can use the Search API top return filtered results using only properties you specify.
