Adding the ability to quickly view a social media post once live, directly from within HubSpot would greatly improve usability and post-management efficiency. Currently, once a post is published, the platform only offers options to clone or delete it- there’s no way to click through and view the live version on the social platform. This limitation makes it difficult to verify how the post appears in its final form, check for formatting issues, quickly access engagement metrics - or just adds an extra step as you have to open up Facebook for example.
