Does the VideoConferece Extension API only send a meeting webhook when the “custom videoconference extension” that I build is selected for that meeting in the user interface or does it send all meetings created in the associated portal ID to the webhook and I can choose to act on it if I want to?
I’m looking for a way around the fact that there is no engagement.meetings webhook in the Webhooks API.
Any insight here would be great!

Hi, @ChadHohn 👋 Thanks for reaching out! One approach that can help the community understand how and if they can help, is sharing the steps you have already taken.

When you say “_or does it send all meetings created in the associated portal ID to the webhook_” have you tested the behaviour here? Even if it wasn’t what you expected. It may be that a workaround isn’t possible.

Thank you! — Jaycee

Hey [@Jaycee\_Lewis](https://community.hubspot.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/127074),

I wanted to inquire on here before asking my team to spend dev resources working with this feature.
Essentially I’m looking to see if I can get a webhook that tells me about every meeting created in a specific Hubspot Portal using the Video Conference Extension API without having to invest a ton of money first. I was hoping that someone had already done any digging. If not I guess I can be the one to spend some time on it and update the thread if that’s the case.
My goal is not to use it to integrate a videoconferencing platform but to use it for it’s webhooks that the Webhook API does not give.
Thanks for the response!
