Hi everyone - Im doing some research on the CRM industry and am trying to find examples of successful https://mobdro.bio/ https://kodi.bio/CRM providers that have only focused on one vertical - so far I have been looking at Veeva and Vlocity as the obvious examples but would be keen to hear what else there is especially outside of Healthcare.

Not something I’ve experience with I’m afraid @NiganDong @natsumimori .
I’d imagine there are a LOT of industry-specific CRMs. Probably easier to start with a list of industries and google “<industry> CRM” - there will be a lot of small players with niche offerings, for example I just stumbled across a CRM for dog kennels, Doggie Dashboard.
And some industries will have a lot of options. In areas like hospitality there are a lot of integrated CRMs, all the major hotel chains have their own in-house CRMs, for example, plus there’s lots of cloud players in the space.
Just needs some creative Googling and a lot of time I think, depending how exhaustive a list you want!
