Using Workflow to Prompt Call to Those Who Opt-out of email

Hello,

Does anyone know which trigger I need if I want to set up a workflow that sends a task to a team member every time someone opt’s out of emails?

Hi @JKoz,

When a person opts out from all email this is stored as the value ‘True’ in the property ‘Unsubscribed from all email’. This is what you can use as enrollment trigger.
