Hi

Is it possible to use the API to obtain the actual feedback from contacts? I have looked at the feedback\_submissions endpoint but it doesn’t seem to contain the responses from the contact

Hi, @JHobden 👋 Thanks for your question. You can retrieve the values from any of your Feedback Submission properties. Looking at the documentation — “By default, the following properties are returned for each submission: `hs_createdate`, `hs_lastmodifieddate`, and `hs_object_id`, **_but you also can retrieve additional [properties](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/customer-feedback/feedback-submission-properties?_ga=2.210615189.1278560431.1698261703-1349943081.1698261703&_gl=1*15xm8sz*_ga*MTM0OTk0MzA4MS4xNjk4MjYxNzAz*_ga_LXTM6CQ0XK*MTY5ODI2NDU4My4yLjAuMTY5ODI2NDU4My42MC4wLjA.)_**.”

Next steps:

- Use the [Properties API](https://developers.hubspot.com/docs/api/crm/properties) to retrieve all the Feedback Submission properties. Make sure to note the internal value — the “name” not the “label”.

`GET /crm/v3/properties/feedback_submission`

- Make a simple test request from the [endpoints tab](https://developers.hubspot.com/docs/api/crm/feedback-submissions) and include your additional properties as a request param. For example, here’s a request that includes Survey Name, Response, and Sentiment.

Have fun building! — Jaycee
