Using shared email among multiple users

Is it possible that multiple team members use the same “From” address when they send emails through HubSpot CRM?

For example, if I have sales@company.com, I would like the sales team members all be able to log in to their own account and send an email using sales@company.com, instead of their own address name@company.com.

I tried adding additional email address under profile but it would conflict as soon as the second person tries to add the same address too.

Hi @DaveDraft - welcome to the community, and thank you for contributing!

At this time the only way this would be possible, is if you create a user profile in your portal with this username that everybody can access. The CRM is designed to use your profile email as the sending address and currently this cannot be changed.
