We have hubspot integrated successfully into outlook and Hubspot records everything sent from outlook, including replies with history. When replying to emails inside of HubSpot, email history is not shown. Anyone know how to troubleshoot?

As far as I know, this is currently not possible. It’s a limitation of the tool and unfortunately, there don’t seem to be any workarounds within HubSpot.
