# Using Email to create a deal

Is there a way in Hubspot that I can email info into the crm and have it generate a deal? And attach the attachments to the deal being created.

Per this[Knowledge Base article](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/crm-deals/create-deals#create-a-deal-from-your-gmail-or-outlook-inbox), you should be able to create a deal from your email:

## Create a deal from your Gmail or Outlook inbox

Once you’ve installed the [HubSpot Sales Chrome extension](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/email-tracking/get-started-with-the-hubspot-sales-chrome-extension), the [Office 365 add-in](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/connected-email/how-to-install-hubspot-sales#install-the-hubspot-sales-office-365-add-in), or the [Outlook desktop add-in](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/connected-email/how-to-install-hubspot-sales#install-the-hubspot-sales-office-365-add-in), you can create deals for your contacts from within your inbox.
