Users create limit

Hi,

How can i know how much users I can create in the system? I dont see it in the billing area in the account.

Hello @OTest ,
There is no limit to create free users in HubSpot. Only the paid Sales and Service seats depends on your susbcription.

For a verly long time, the limit was in the thousands for all HubSpot subscription tiers. I explained this in a post before here: https://community.hubspot.com/t5/Tips-Tricks-Best-Practices/Is-there-a-limit-to-amount-of-Super-Admins/m-p/858619

However, HubSpot support recently confirmed to me that they’re moving to a seats model which is currently being introduced in ANZ. According to this employee, free users seem to be relegated to view-only. What used to be free users in the past, with full editing access, will apparently be considered (billable) core seats.

If you’re in ANZ, you’re likely part of that roll-out. If you’re outside of ANZ, HubSpot might’ve expanded the regions this apply to.
