# User Scope unable to access several sections

Hello,

We have a client that is connecting to the HubSpot API via our app, and they are unable to see contacts and marketing email information. They are saying that they can view data for **contacts** , but cannot view any of the other sections available (requiring **business-intelligence** and **content** scopes), and that they have an enterprise plan to display the data, but we would like to verify so that we can provide them with next steps for troubleshooting. The portal ID of the client in question is 8953947. Please let me know if there is any additional information that you need!
