It is quite common that companies/departments have one top level revenue goal (team goal) but the sum of the individual revenue goals (user goal) are higher than the team revenue goal.
On individual dashboards, We would like to set up the report showing revenue compared to the user revenue goal.
But on the company dashboard, we would like to set up the report showing the total revenue compared to the team revenue goal.
When creating a report according to instructions, I cannot choose if I want to use user goals or team goals.
So how can I build a report, showing revenue towards a team goal in a smart way?
Hi @JBergvall1,
Thank you for reaching out to the Community!
I checked for you and I can see on this article “Create sales goals” that at the moment “it is not possible to report on team goals”.
I have found this similar idea already submitted: “Team goals & sub-goals”.
I’d recommend supporting the Idea with an upvote and explaining your use case in the comments.
Our product team uses that forum to collect ideas on how we can improve the product for our customers.
Product pays particular attention to the top voted ideas & takes them into consideration along with other feedback channels as well as their own vision to understand what features will be most valuable.
I’d like to ask our Top experts on this as well: Hi @GCasali, @GeorgeBThomas and @BukunmiOdetayo can you think of a workaround to achieve this, please?
Also, if anybody else has anything to add and/or share, please feel free to join in the conversation
Thanks a lot
and have a great day!
Best,
