I noticed that when creating a meeting from the “Schedule a Meeting” tool on the contact’s record, that even though our reps are selecting the contact’s time zone in the upper right of the booking tool, if the contact does not specifically have a time zone populated on their record, the meeting reminders reference the time zone of our rep, causing confusion for some recipients.
It would be really beneficial if the meeting reminders reference the time zone that the REP selects when setting up the meeting so reduce any confusion, no shows and requests to reschedule the meetings.
