This would be great, so I can do a more in-depth analysis of who responds and who doesn’t
agreed!
In order to create reports meaningful to my company, a CSV export of recipient data at any time during the sequence is needed. Thanks.
Being able to export contacts in a Sequence -- whether they have responded/unresponded or enrolled/unenrolled -- is a must-have feature. This would allow us to segment, splice, and/or share the data in many ways.
Hi Community!
I’m updating this idea to ‘Being Reviewed’. We are evaluating the steps needed to export contacts from a filtered list based on sequence enrollment. I will update here once we have a better idea for plans going forward.
Best,
Glen
Can we please have hubspot add in a list filter for sequences? We need to be able to retarget people that were put into a sequence that ended with no reply.
Would also like to be able to run reporting on the deal and sales outcomes of a sequence.
I’d also LOVE to be able to export sequence data so that I can analyze and sort performance by company name once sequences wrap. Currently the only way to see is clicking page by page which is cumbersome and not the most efficient. Been googling this for weeks and it sounds like other people have requested to so hopefully it can be implemented!
Same here! Export function please.
Hi!
Commenting for a customer here (:
Would love to hear what’s the update on this? Exporting sequence data would be big for our customres moving forward
I was told by support that this is an ongoing feature that your team is reviewing. If possible, it would be great to incorporate a way to filter which contacts enrolled opened the sequence email and clicked. The percentages make it hard to conduct a meaningful follow-up as I am not sure who engaged in the first place. Thanks, Hubspot team!
Has this not been solved? ‘Member of Campaign’ is a pretty common concept in multi touch marketing, when your considering attribution especially. Or suppression lists … or .. I mean so many things.
Absolutely. It is a must have to be able to make a list of contacts that have been involved in a specific sequence so you may creat subsequent sequences. I probably will not be able to stay with hubspot without this feature as the contacts are becoming too difficult to manage.
I really hope to see this. Thanks.
Jeff
Having this feature would be extremely helpful!
We have sequences for people in every market. Being able to create a list of everyone in a specific regional sequence would let us send invites for region-specific events much more easily.
Additionally, being able to create a list of people in a sequence would also be extremely useful for creating suppression lists. If you have multiple marketing email workflows going, being able to suppress the list of people in certain sequences would help us ensure we aren’t overloading those contacts with similar messaging.
I hope this feature gets implemented soon.
Any update?
I just spent the last hour or two banging my head against the wall with sequence reporting. The best possible way to do this is to create a field in Hubspot for the contact and then make our sales team update it with the specific sequence. Then we can do our own reporting.
FYI for anyone who is interested. I created a webscraper that scraped the Hubspot contact URL’s on each tab of the sequence reporting page, and exported them into a CSV. From there I split the contact ID off the end of the URL and then uploaded them into a static list. Viola! Annoying and clunky but it worked…
Would be really good if this were possible!
I personally would love to see history tracking on Sequences. Preferably controlled by a workflow. If a contact is enrolled in a sequence, update the “Sequence campaign” property (Multi checkbox) with a token of the sequence name.
I have a rep who took step 1 from a sequence and created 2 new sequences with the same 1st touch email from the last. He filtered the list and used the “Now in sequence” filter, but all of those contacts had just finished the sequence so they got re-enrolled with the same first touch email.
I would love for this to be released we have multiple sequences about to go out and we don’t want any overlap of contacts going into the sequences but i have no visual of the contacts that are already or previously enrolled in other sequences!
