Hi,
I want to create a list that would include:
- contacts that completed a sequence
- clicked or opened sequence emails BUT did not reply or set up a meeting
Is there a way to create a dynamic list as per the above?

Hi @JReynolds96,

Contacts automatically unenroll from sequences when they reply or set up a meeting: [Unenroll contacts from a sequence](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/sequences/unenroll-from-sequence)

It’s not possible to filter dynamically for the criteria you specified. There isn’t any contact property that stores whether a contact completes a sequence.

You would have to approach this by filtering for contacts who are associated to an activity of the type email and with the subject line corresponding to the last email in your sequence. You would then know that these are the contacts that made it to the very last email, not booking or replying, otherwise they would have unenrolled, see the link above. You would have to do this for every sequence.

Additionally, you can filter for the “Recent sales email clicked date” and “Recent sales email open date”, to include contacts that have taken such an action. It’s not possible however to specify that this click or open must have been within the sequence.

In other words, you can approach your requirements, but it’s currently not possible to dynamically, across all sequences, set up a list like the one you’d like.

Hope this helps!

Hi Karsen,
I am happy to do the workaround.
In the sequence, the last email is one of the replays in the thread. Reply 3: subject line.
Is there a way to take that into account?
Thank you,
Jolanta

@JReynolds96 it’s not possible to filter for contacts who have opened or clicked a specific sales email. You could build a list containing contacts who received an email with a specific subject line - but you wouldn’t know whether the opened or clicked the email, unfortunately.
