Use Property as a custom url for e-mail

Hi,

We need to use a personalise url for every person in our database. We want to use that personal link behind the thumbnail in an e-mail.

What we did?

We made a proprety “InteractiveVideo”. This property is a custom url (so with 50 persons, we have 50 different urls). Than we put the property “InteractiveVideo” behind the thumbnail of our e-mail.

Our url = https://player.hihaho.com/89f35df5-16ab-4c16-9ca3-f380e78d276d?t=2f988d19-31a6-420f-9c2e-3bf8eea8e221

But when we click on thumbnail in the preview of our mail, Hubspot generates this link : http://interactivevideo/?utm_source=hs_email&utm_medium=email&_hsenc=p2ANqtz-8aG0s7h5Q8QW9Ohe5dyYc19F8eDyLCiUHIy1g84DYD_5OQhHLs4dfDwFiLst20qRox-gyuemV928Zhm-T58dXY7TcmQg

What are we doing wrong because we need to see the url https://player.hihaho.com/89f35df5-16ab-4c16-9ca3-f380e78d276d?t=2f988d19-31a6-420f-9c2e-3bf8eea8e221

If it’s printing the property name instead of the actual URL from the code then I would suspect something is wrong in the code that is making it print the property name. Can you share the code of the email that you are using?

Where can I find the HTML-code from the e-mail (template) in Hubspot?

I only see HTML-code with text blocks, but not with images..
